RECEPTION 24H
Our reception is opened 24 hours with night porter service. The Reception Staff is available during your stay for information, excursions and activities inside and outside the hotel, car rental, taxi service etc. To call the Reception dial the number. 9.
Check-in from 3.00pm
Check-out by 10.30 am. FREE LATE CHECK-OUT upon availability for those who use the SPA and/or restaurant services on the day of departure.
HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE
The room cleaning up is scheduled from 8.30 am to 2.30 pm. For any need, you can contact our Housekeeper or the Reception desk (extension no. 9).
WI-FI
Free throughout the entire structure, both internal and external. To access the network, select WI-FI POSTA DONINI and log in by entering a valid email address or via a Facebook account.
PARKING
The parking area reserved for our guests is located in front of the gate of the Residence. The Hotel also has a car park adjacent to the walls (capacity of up to 300 cars).
Upon request it is possible to park in our garage (paid service).
It is possible to access the Reception entrance for loading/unloading luggage.
LUGGAGE
Contact the Reception for luggage service.
MINI-BAR
The selection of non-alcoholic drinks in the minibar is free. Replenishment is daily. Any additional drink requests will be added to your room bill.
AIR CONDITIONING
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating that can be controlled from the panel inside the room. For any need, contact the Reception.
PET-FRIENDLY HOTEL
Our Hotel accepts small pets.
Out of respect for other guests and for common hygiene rules, owners are asked to observe some rules:
- pets are allowed, upon communication at the time of booking, with a one-off extra fee for sanitization of €30;
- entry into the breakfast room and restaurant is not permitted;
- they cannot enter the swimming pool;
- in the common areas of the hotel including the park, animals must be brought on a leash or in a carrier;
- it is absolutely forbidden to let the animal climb onto beds, armchairs, chairs, tables etc.;
- pet owners accept full responsibility for damages that may arise from animals.

LAUNDRY SERVICE
The laundry and ironing service is available every day. The delivery of of the clothing to the reception, in the appropriate bag, must be carried out between 10 and 17 and is returned within the following 12 working hours. Inside the cabinet you will find the price list of the service and the form to fill out and insert inside the envelope.

112 is the single emergency number for all states of the European Union.
The Reception is available for emergencies or medical requests. It is forbidden for the hotel to possess or distribute drugs. There is a pharmacy a few meters from the hotel.

BREAKFAST
From 07:00 am to 10:30 am the rich buffet breakfast is served in the Sala dei Lecci surrounded by the romantic forest.
Wide variety of sweet and savory pastries with homemade desserts, freshly baked bread, 0 km eggs, bacon, Umbrian pork butcheries, fresh and mature cheeses, selection of fresh and dried fruit, express coffee products and much more to get you off to a good start the day. Lactose-free and gluten-free products.
Possibility to order breakfast in the room with a supplement of €10. The Room Service can be booked in advance by calling the Breakfast Room (extension no. 608), the Reception (extension no. 9) or by filling out the appropriate card found in the room and hanging it on the external door handle by midnight.
BAR
Our Bar is available from 07:00 am to 11:00 pm.
'PANTAGRUEL' RESTAURANT
The Pantagruel restaurant offers captivating proposals of Umbrian and national cuisine carefully reworked and also in light and gluten free versions.
Lunch from 12.30 pm to 2.30 pm - During the summer period: GARDEN LUNCH in the woods of the Lecci bar.
Dinner from 7.30 pm to 10 pm.
Restaurant reservations are always recommended.
ROOM SERVICE
If you wish to have lunch or dinner in your room, simply book the Room Service by calling the Restaurant (extension no. 623) or the Reception (extension no. 9). Extra cost of 10 Euros.

The Biowellness SPA services are available every day from 10:00 to 20:00.
All services (SPA path, massages and treatments) are by reservation (extension no. 612).
GUIDED TOUR OF THE RESIDENCE #feeldonini
The staff will accompany you inside the eighteenth-century rooms to discover the history of the Donini family and the works of art that the structure preserves. The visit lasts approximately one hour. The service is by reservation and is carried out every day at 10:00 am (free service for hotel guests).
