- SPA only available upon reservation: our best hospitality will always be at your service at our Hotel Posta Donini – Biowellness SPAin Umbria.
- Reservation cancellation: We kindly ask you to inform us of the cancellation of any reserved treatment by 6pm the previous day, otherwise the full cost of the treatment will be charged.
- Punctuality and delays: it is advisable to arrive at least 15 minutes early to relax in an appropriate environment and start treatments in an optimal state of relaxation. In case of late arrival, treatment will only be guaranteed until the end of the scheduled treatment time slot.
- Admittance policies: children under the age of 16 are not permitted to enter the saunas and relaxation area.
